A: Sample production usually takes 3–5 days. For mass production, the lead time is approximately 7–20 days after sample approval.

A: We follow G7 color management standards and provide digital proofs or production samples for customer approval before mass production to ensure consistent color quality.
A: Please provide AI or PDF source files with a resolution of 300 DPI and 3mm bleed. We can provide free dieline templates to help finalize your packaging design.
A: We accept various trade terms, including EXW (Ex Works), FOB Shenzhen, and balance payment against a copy of the bill of lading.
A: Yes. We have passed Sedex 4-Pillar audits and obtained Disney FAMA authorization to ensure compliance with international quality and ethical manufacturing standards.
A: Existing samples are provided free of charge. For customized samples requiring tooling or special molds, a tooling fee may apply. The tooling cost can be refunded after reaching an agreed mass production quantity.
